Photography

All photo packages consist of 2 sets of professional photographs ( 1 formatted for MLS and the other High Resolution) and are delivered to you by email.

Keiki- -$157–Includes up to 20 photos.
Wahine–$197–Includes up to 30 photos.
Kahuna–$277–Includes up to 45 photos.

There will be a $25 trip charge to Kihei and a $50 trip charge for upcountry.  If the property needs to be picked up or cleaned by the photographer, extra charges will apply.

Virtual Tours/Videos

You have 3 options with the Virtual Tours. All virtual tours come with the same professional photography packages as shown above ie: Keiki photos with Keiki Virtual Tour.

The most requested option is our new Fusion Virtual Tour. This exciting new tour combines still images, panorama stills and panorama videos along with other video, typically the outside views or lanai shots, in an exciting and very professional movie. This can be played on your MLS site, Realtor.com, your own website or just linked to in emails to prospective clients. You are also able to post this as a video in your blog. Click Here For A Kahuna Example. The price for the Kahuna would be $397 for the video clips and  45 photos.
The Wahine Fusion tour would be $357 including the videos and 30 photos.
The Keiki Fusion tour would be $327  including videos and 20 photos.

Slide Shows

We are proud of our slide-shows whether simple (click here for example) or very sophisticated (click here for example) Pricing starts at $77 for the simple show with up to 50 slides, either MLS quality or High Resolution. For more sophisticated and creative slide shows give us a call.

Payment must be received before the rights to use the photos or videos in any way are released by Take 1 Video Creations, LLC. Payment may be made via cash, check or Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard) and at least 1/2 is expected to be paid at the time of the shoot. The balance to be paid before the images or other media can be used in any way.

Payment is due at time of services or upon receipt of invoice, a charge in the amount of 1.5% per month will be applied to the invoice total if invoice goes beyond 30 days past due. . REMEMBER, IMAGES OR VIDEO PROVIDED BY TAKE 1 VIDEO CREATIONS, LLC, CANNOT BE USED IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM BEFORE PAYMENT IN FULL IS MADE UNLESS PREVIOUS ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE.

RIGHTS LICENSED: All photos or videos captured during the shoot are the Intellectual Property of Take 1 Video Creations, LLC. The licensed rights are transferred only upon: (a)Client’s acceptance of all terms contained in this Agreement, and (b)The receipt of full payment from Client by Take 1 Video Creations, LLC,

Client is licensed to use the photography and video provided by Take 1 Video Creations, LLC solely for the marketing of the property on the internet or print media and/or to promote themselves to their clients, unless otherwise agreed upon and is in effect until the property sells or the agreement between Client and the owner of the property is in effect.

The licensed rights to the photos or videos taken by Take 1 Video Creations, LLC are non-transferable. Please give Take 1 Video Creations, LLC, a call at 808-669-2025 if you are interested in licensing the photos and/or videos.
