All photo packages consist of 2 sets of professional photographs and are delivered to you by email.
- Photos that are formatted to use for your MLS listings or internet marketing
- Up to 10 photos that are high resolution and suitable for the print media and print marketing.
Keiki- -$147
Includes up to 20 photos. This is suitable for the smaller homes and condos.
Wahine–$197
Includes up to 30 photos. This is suitable for up to a 2,000 sq. ft. home or condo.
Kahuna–$247
Includes up to 45 photos. This is great for the larger condos or homes.
There may be additional charges depending on location and other factors such as second trip if needed for a sunset shot or if the unit is not in a condition that is suitable for high quality photography.
Virtual Tours
This is the full 360 virtual tour using Real Tour Vision software and provides for up to 2 years of web hosting. At no extra charge we provide HD tours, analytics and “hit” statistics weekly, ability to have slideshows or videos on the same page and others to numerous to mention.
Keiki–$257
Includes 3 spins (basically 3 rooms) and up to 20 photos. This is suitable for the smaller homes and condos.
Wahine–$317
Includes 5 spins and up to 30 photos. This is suitable for up to a 2,000 sq. ft. house or condo.
Kahuna–$377
Includes 6 spins and up to 45 photos. This is great for the larger condos and homes.
Videography
This is a video (a real movie, not just a slide show) utilizing a high definition camera and a Steadycam for “walkthroughs” of the property. All videos are unbranded and suitable for the MLS. See below for pricing on HD videos and examples of the difference.
Keiki–$347
2-3 minute, walk through video tour of the property (up to 1,500 sq. ft.) with limited editing set to background music. Perfect for a condominium or small house.
Wahine–$397
3-5 minute walk through video tour of the property (up to 2,000 sq. ft.) with limited editing and set to background music.
Kahuna–$497
3-5 minute walk through video tour of the property (up to 4,000 sq. ft.) with limited editing and set to background music. Add $100/1,000sq. ft. above 4,000.
Because of the added time involved, if you want a HD video with graphics, branding and a nice webpage, you can add $100 to the package price.
